I have taken my love of children and my passion for Yoga, fitness, music, creativity, and FUN to create Kaya Kidz Yoga.
Kaya is the sanskrit meaning for pure devotion. I believe that children have the most genuine "Kaya" of all.
I am busy teaching my classes all around the valley where we have lots of fun keeping our little bodies and minds active with Yoga fun!
You can also find me training educators, moms, yoga instructors, gym teaches, preschool directors, hotel kids clubs staff and more on how to guide children in a yoga practice!
I firmly believe that finding "Peace" around our globe starts with our children.
